CANCELLATION POLICY

 We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to adjust our workforce and reallocate resources responsibly.

Failure to be present or provide access to the job site at the scheduled time without notice may result in a non-refundable service charge and will require prepayment to reschedule.

We schedule our technicians with precision to ensure timely service for every client. Last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve others and manage our schedule efficiently.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. If an emergency arises, please contact us immediately. While our policy stands, we will always review situations with fairness and professionalism.

Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in a 25% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total estimated cost of the job.

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made via phone call or email confirmation to ensure proper documentation and customer service follow-through.
