BPH Electric – Limited Warranty Policy

BPH Electric, we stand behind the quality of our professional workmanship. To ensure customer satisfaction and long-term reliability, we offer the following warranty on our installation services:

​Warranty Coverage​

  • 5-Year Warranty: BPH Electric provides a 5-year limited warranty on electrical panel installations performed by our licensed professionals.
  • 1-Year Warranty: We offer a 1-year limited warranty on the installation of small devices or appliances, such as lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and ceiling fans.
  • This warranty covers workmanship defects under normal residential or commercial use

 

Exclusions

  • This warranty does not cover materials or products (e.g., fixtures, devices, equipment) not supplied or purchased through BPH Electric.
  • Any failure resulting from customer-provided materials, misuse, tampering, physical damage, environmental conditions, or unauthorized repairs/modifications is excluded.
  • Routine maintenance, adjustments, or cosmetic wear are not covered.

 

Extended Warranty Option

  • Clients may purchase extended warranty coverage on eligible services at the time of booking or within 30 days of installation. Contact us for terms and pricing.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and location where the work was performed.
